New construction sites leave a mess. That's just the reality. By the time builders wrap up, the windows are coated in dried stucco, paint overspray, and sheetrock dust - and the tracks are packed with debris that doesn't come out with a simple wipe-down.

That's exactly what we were dealing with here. A brand new multi-unit apartment building, freshly built and nearly ready for residents, but the windows were nowhere close to move-in condition. The tracks were filled with chunks of construction material ground into the grooves. The glass had residue bonded to the surface from months of work happening all around it.

This is where post-construction window cleaning is a completely different animal compared to a standard residential window clean. You can't just squeegee and go. It takes the right tools, the right technique, and patience to work through every track and every pane without scratching fresh glass or leaving residue behind. We take that seriously.

The end result is windows that actually look like they belong on a new building. Clean glass, clear tracks, and frames that aren't hiding a construction site underneath. When future residents move in, the windows just work - and they look great doing it.

We handle post-construction cleans for apartment complexes, single-family homes, and everything in between. If a build is wrapping up and the glass needs attention before keys are handed over, that's exactly the kind of work we do best.
